Description

This is a Bosch Rexroth R911266457 (DDC01.1-K050A-DL01-01-FW) digital servo drive, which features a single axis positioning module. It's programmed through a CTA programming and display unit and operation requires a proficient user. The drive signifies setup mode is on through an H1 display of the "bb" code. Its main contactor is wired according to manufacturer guidelines and only switched on after programming its parameters and those of the DLC controller. Servo drive leakage current measures above 3.5mA. For safety, its contact points should only be touched five minutes after it's switched off to allow complete capacitor discharge. The drive controllers can be pre-set to dictate its reaction to errors. It doesn't cease operation in certain error situations, which can be prevented using a DC bus dynamic brake. The high-precision, highly dynamic drive has a three-phase current drive and mains rectifier, and can be tailored to different machines using parameters. It also features a range of plug-in modules.
